  Simple Asian Dressing Recipe Ingredients: 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp rice vinegar (or white vinegar) 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option) 1 tbsp olive oil (or neutral oil like canola) 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp chili flakes (optional, for a spicy kick) 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish) Instructions : In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and olive oil until well combined. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly. If you want a bit of heat, stir in the chil i flakes. Taste and adjust the seasoning (more honey for sweetness, or vinegar for acidity). Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. Tips: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
