Creamy Salmon Recipe | Easy and Quick
Ingredients
4 Salmon Files (600 gr)
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon of butter
2 cubes of homemade vegetable stock (or a teaspoon of industrialized vegetable stock)
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
200 g cherry tomatoes
200 g of fresh spinach
400 ml of cream
Parsley and chives to taste
Olive oil to taste
spicy paprika to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the salmon for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and reserve. In the same frying pan, brown the onion and garlic with the butter and then add the spinach and let it sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, cook for a few more minutes and then add the cream, spicy paprika and vegetable broth and cook until the sauce is well incorporated. Adjust the salt if necessary.
- Return the salmon fillets to the frying pan and cook for another 2 minutes. Then add the reserved cherry tomatoes and finish with green scent.
