Arrabiata pasta with chicken recipe
Chicken arrabiata pasta is perfect for a gathering of friends! The main ingredient is arrabiata sauce, originally from Italy and spicy.
Ingredients to make arrabiata pasta with chicken:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 pinch of chicken seasoning
- 250 grams of penne pasta
- 1 teaspoon of ground chili pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 unit of onion
- 5 basil leaves
- 6 pieces of ripe tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make arrabiata pasta with chicken:
- Start by gathering the ingredients needed to prepare this recipe.
2. To make it easier to peel the tomatoes, place them in a pan of boiling water, without the green part and with an X-shaped cut at the other end. Let it stay for 5 minutes, remove the skin and seeds, and blend the pulp in a blender.
3. Meanwhile, in a pan with the olive oil, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic until soft.
4. Add the blended tomato pulp, chilli pepper and basil. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat, and adjust the flavor with salt and pepper if necessary.
5. Separately, cook the meat for 25 minutes, in a pan with water, salt, pepper and chicken seasoning. After the indicated time, remove and shred.
6. Separately, also cook the pasta in boiling water with a little salt, for 15 minutes, or until al dente.
