how to cook chicken and noodles

 

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of olive oil

300g cubed chicken breast

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 chopped onion

1 clove of minced garlic

2 cubes of chicken broth

500 g of pasta of your choice

2 cans of tomato sauce

3 teacups of water

1 box of cream 200g

Grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Heat a pressure cooker with olive oil over high heat and fry the chicken seasoned with salt and pepper for 3 minutes. Add the onion, garlic, chicken broth and fry for another 3 minutes. Add the pasta, sauce, potatoes, water and cover the pan. Cook for 4 minutes after pressure starts. Turn off, let the pressure release naturally and open the pan. Add the cream, add salt, mix and transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella before serving.
